1.  Mainland (Daytona Beach) (7) (6A) (6-0) – d. Deltona, 35-0, in 6A-District 9; nationally-ranked Bucs post their fourth shutout of the season

2.  Trinity Christian (Jacksonville) (2) (3A) (4-1) – d. Episcopal (Jacksonville), 49-10, in the 3A-District 1 opener; Conquerors with their third consecutive game of 42 points or more since being shutout in the season opener in Georgia

3.  First Coast (Jacksonville) (8A) (5-0) – d. RV Mandarin (Jacksonville), 13-7, in 8A-District 1; Xavier Jones averaged seven yards per carry and scored the only TD of the game; Bucs get late interception from Sherrod Pittman to avoid the upset against the rising Mustangs’ program

4.  South Sumter (Bushnell) (5A) (6-0) – d. Pasco (Dade City), 14-6, in 5A-District 6; Raiders are only allowing 3.7 points per game

5.  St. Augustine (6A) (6-0) – d. Nease (Ponte Vedra Beach), 58-0, in 6A-District 4; it was the Yellow Jackets’ most lopsided win in the series’ 32-year history, and they have outscored the Panthers, 100-0, over the last two years; sophomore Jahquise Russell carried 11 times for 80 yards and four touchdowns; St. Augustine ties a state record with its 45th straight district win

6.  Fletcher (Neptune Beach) (7A) (4-1) – d. Atlantic Coast (Jacksonville), 29-16, in 7A-District 3; Senators scored three touchdowns in under three minutes

7.  Bolles (Jacksonville) (4A) (4-1) – OFF; vs. 5A American Heritage (Plantation) this Friday, Oct. 10

8.  Clay (Green Cove Springs) (5A) (5-1) – d. Ridgeview (Orange Park), 43-17, in 5A-District 4; sophomore RB Colin Wilson set the tone with a 65-yard scoring run on his first carry of the night just two minutes into the game

9.  Columbia (Lake City) (6A) (5-1) – d. Orange Park, 28-0, in 6A-District 3; it was the third consecutive shutout for the Tigers, who host RV Ed White this Friday in what should be for the district title and runner-up spot

10. Dixie County (Cross City) (1A) (5-0)– d. RV Union County (Lake Butler), 30-18, in 1A-District 7; top-ranked Bears won in Lake Butler for the first time since 1986; RB Julian Robinson had 121 of his game-high 161 yards rushing in the first half as Dixie County built a 30-6 lead at the break

11. Trinity Catholic (Ocala) (3A) (4-1) – d. Maclay (Tallahassee), 55-16, in Class 3A-District 2; senior London Gaskin scored four TDs, including a 95-yard punt return for a score, a 74-yard scoring run and a 47-yard TD reception

12. University (Orange City) (8A) (5-1) – LOST at DeLand, 7-6, in 8A-District 2; first loss of the season for the Titans, who might have to run the table in the deep, seven-team district; turnovers, including a late interception to seal it, cost University, which was held to just 19 yards in the first half

13. Bishop Kenny (Jacksonville) (5A) (4-0) – d. Ribault (Jacksonville), 20-6, in a 5A-District 3 game; Crusaders overcome season-high six turnovers in rallying from an early 6-0 deficit; Charles Wade caught two TDs and forced three turnovers

14. Suwannee (Live Oak) (5A) (5-0) – d. Eastside (Gainesville), 37-14, in 5A-District 5; Bulldogs & RV Dunnellon tied atop the league standings with a 3-0 mark; Suwannee will travel to Dunnellon on Oct. 17

15. Oakleaf (Orange Park) (7A) (6-0) – d. Fleming Island (Orange Park), 44-27, in 7A-District 3; Knights rallied from a 14-0 deficit in the first quarter to stay unbeaten; junior Keylan Brown ran for 165 yards and two TDs

16. South Lake (Groveland) (6A) (5-0) – OFF; at 7A St. Cloud on Friday, Oct. 10

17. Trenton (1A) (5-1) – d. Hilliard, 51-26, in 1A-District 6; Hamp Cheevers with a 55-yard TD reception and a 62-yard interception return for a score; only loss to No. 10 Dixie County (Cross City)

18. North Marion (Citra) (5A) (4-2) – d. Crystal River, 52-12, in 5A-District 5; Colts with 360 yards of total offense in the first half; Louisville commit James Allen with 165 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 carries; Colts roll despite sitting seven starters

19. Flagler Palm Coast (8A) (5-1) – d. West Port (Ocala), 41-0 (Mon.); two FPC backs gained over 140 yards and contributed to the Bulldogs 401 yards rushing

20. Hamilton County (Jasper) (1A) (5-1) – d. Lafayette (Mayo), 29-14, in 1A-District 5; host top-ranked Dixie County this Friday

Ed White (Jacksonville) (6A) (4-1) – OFF; at Columbia (Lake City) this Friday, Oct. 10, in first-place battle in 6A-District 3; Commanders have won five in a row since season-opening loss to Raines (Jacksonville)

Providence (Jacksonville) (3A) (5-1) – LOST to North Florida Christian (Tallahassee), 29-26 (OT); Jamauri Wakefield had 45 carries for 336 yards and three TDs in a losing effort; it was his third 300-yard game this season

Union County (Lake Butler) (1A) (4-2) – LOST to #10 Dixie County (Cross City), 30-18, in a Class 1A-District 7 game; Tigers lose back-to-back home games for the first time since 2009

Lee (Jacksonville) (6A) (5-1) – LOST to Englewood (Jacksonville), 20-7, in a Class 6A-District 3 game; Generals perfect season comes to an end as Lee gives up a season-high in points to the Rams

Mandarin (Jacksonville) (8A) (4-2) – LOST to #3 First Coast (Jacksonville), 13-7, in a key Class 8A-District 1 game

Ribault (Jacksonville) (5A) (3-2) – LOST at #13 Bishop Kenny (Jacksonville), 20-6, in 5A-District 3; Trojans gave up 20 unanswered points in losing their first district game of the season and facing a likely elimination game this Friday against Yulee

Dunnellon (5A) (5-1) – d. Belleview, 45-7, in 5A-District 5; Tigers have won five in a row since season-opening loss to 8A West Port (Ocala)
