His guests for this episode include Buchholz girls cross country coach Mike Maren and Buchholz boys cross country coach Patrick Douma, along with athletes from both teams. This past weekend, the Buchholz boys won their first FHSAA cross country state title in 30 years and the girls finished as state runners-up.
