Wildwood girls basketball (2020-21 preview)

Count the Wildwood girls among the area schools who will be in the mix for a Class 1A state championship.

The Lady Cats return four starters from last year’s team which finished 25-3.

Wildwood lost at eventual 1A state champion Hawthorne, 47-41, in the Region Finals on Feb. 18.

“We will have tons of experience at multiple positions with a few transfers that we are looking to become contributors,” said head coach Ryan Harrison.  “We will have to gel quick and develop a rotation for a deep roster.”
