Beginning on Monday, September 11, our weekly high school show at Sonic of Gainesville, “The Prep Zone,” will now air on local radio. Plus, we will be doing a weekly high school show in Ocala beginning next Wednesday, September 6. Both shows, Monday in Gainesville, and Wednesday in Ocala, are from 7-8 p.m. They will air on 92.1 FM & 1230 AM in Gainesville, as well as 100.1 FM & 900 AM in Ocala. Streaming audio will also be available online. The shows are hosted by Mike Ridaught and Marty Pallman.
After the holiday, we’re happy to announce that ThePrepZone.com Sports Report presented by SunState Federal Credit Union will also be making its way back to the Gainesville airwaves. Ridaught’s reports will air every weekday morning at 7:45 a.m. on the new “I am Country 106.9 FM”. Details of the first airing is coming soon but the reports are expected to debut next week. The Tri-County reports will continue airing as normal. Tune in to ThePrepZone.com Nature Coast Sports Report presented by SunState Federal Credit Union every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:28 a.m. and repeating at 5:28 p.m. on 93.3 FM & 940 AM in Chiefland/Trenton & 1240 AM in Cross City.
You can also hear our afternoon reports on “The Tailgate” with Jeff Cardozo, Pat Dooley & Zach Alboverdi every Wednesday at 4 p.m. (this week’s report moved to Thursday) and Pallman’s high school report on Ackerman & Matthews at 11 a.m. every Friday on WRUF-FM 98.1 & AM-850.
