Florida High School Softball State Championships To Remain At Historic Dodgertown Until 2019

FHSAA-LogoGAINESVILLE, FL (1/4/17) – The Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) and the Treasure Coast Sports Commission have entered into a three-year agreement to keep the Florida High School Softball State Championships at Historic Dodgertown in Vero Beach. The event has been held there since 2013.

“We are excited to return to a venue that provides so many softball players a great student-athlete experience,” FHSAA Executive Director Dr. Roger Dearing said. “The last three years in Vero Beach have been great for our softball state championships, and there is no doubt in our mind the next three years will be even better.”

The 2017 Florida High School Softball State Championships take place May 17-20. General admission tickets will cost $9 and will soon go on sale at FHSAA.org.

The 2018 event will take place May 16-19, while the 2019 event being will occur May 21-24.
