Area Notes:
- Fletcher (Neptune Beach) drops to fifth in Class 8A
- First Coast (Jacksonville) remains 4th in Class 7A.
- Gainesville still on top in 6A, while Columbia (Lake City) moves up one spot to #5. St. Augustine is ranked at #7 and New Smyrna Beach enters the poll at #11
- Ponte Vedra is receiving votes in Class 5A.
- South Sumter (Bushnell) holds steady at #2 in Class 4A, followed by Jacksonville schools Bolles & Raines at 3rd & 4th respectively. Derrick Henry & Yulee remained fifth.
- Madison County tied for #2 in 3A.
- Warner Christian (South Daytona) and University Christian (Jacksonville) are ranked # 4 and #5 respectively in Class 2A
- Union County (Lake Butler) and Trenton are still ranked #1 & #2 in Class 1A. Dixie County (Cross City), which lost to Union County last Friday, moves down a notch from #3 to #4 in 1A.
