The Sonic Drive-In Player-of-the-Game for Friday, Nov. 11, was Micah Hudson of the Eastside football team.
Hudson scored a pair of touchdown runs as No. 5 seed Eastside defeated No. 4 North Marion (Citra), 27-14, in an FHSAA Class 2S-Region 2 Quarterfinal at Citizens Field.
The senior, who had over 100 yards rushing in the opening half, gave the Rams a lead they would never relinquish on a 96-yard scoring run for a 14-7 lead with 6:53 to play in the opening half.
Eastside (8-2) will travel to Bradford (Starke) (10-1) next Friday, Nov. 18, for the regional semifinals.
